Phase two of Coldstream Holiday Parks development is planned to begin late 2022 for completion spring 2023. This will see an additional 24 serviced pitches for static caravans added to the park. Each pitch will have a sunny south to south west aspect with unhindered views across to the Cheviot and Eildon Hills. Each new pitch will feature a private parking bay and space for wrap around decking so you can enjoy sunny evenings on the veranda. All of our static caravan pitches are serviced with mains Water, Gas & Electric and a Soil Pipe connection.

With only a limited number of pitches available from phase one, phase two will add more spacious pitches for holiday homes with iconic views. Phase two incorporates the same planting schedule as per phase one, which will complement the layout by providing both green space and privacy for holiday makers. The planting will increase bio diversity on the park, providing a natural habitat for many birds, insects and other wildlife to thrive. The addition of the extra road will provide a circular route for traffic on the park.
