We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to Sarah Allanson, representing the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA), and Rachael Hamilton, our Local Member of the Scottish Parliament, to Coldstream as we celebrate #ScottishTourismMonth.
The meeting provided an invaluable opportunity for Sarah and Rachael to engage in discussions on critical issues facing the holiday park sector. Topics ranged from the implementation of visitor levies to the insights provided by the UK Caravan & Camping Alliance (UKCCA) Economic Impact Report. Additionally, Sarah shed light on the pivotal role played by the BH&HPA and their efforts to support and advocate for holiday park owners and operators across the UK.
During the tour of Coldstream Holiday Park, we had the pleasure of sharing both our successes and challenges within the industry.
