Today, we’re excited to introduce you to another remarkable couple and newest members of our community, Trevor and Judith from south east Northumberland who joined us in August 2023. In this post we look at the driving factors behind their decision to become part of the Coldstream family and what they have most enjoyed so far.
We wanted a caravan park that was about an hour and a half from home, we enjoy visiting the borders and North Northumberland so Coldstream was an ideal destination for us. We have watched the park develop over the last couple of years, we love the location. We also hired one of the self catering caravans for a weekend in May and loved the experience.
The caravan we have bought is very comfortable and well appointed. We feel relaxed as soon as we arrive, which was a priority for us.
The team at Coldstream have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome, all snags were dealt with swiftly and with the minimum of fuss.
The thing we love about the park is how peaceful and quiet it is, we would not have bought a holiday home on a site with a clubhouse.
The most compelling reasons for buying at Coldstream would be the beautiful views, proximity to great walks, and also the ability to visit lovely border towns. The perfect drive time from our home in South East Northumberland. The amenities in Coldstream are good, we are now regulars at the Indian restaurant and love the fact we can walk there. We are very happy we have chosen Coldstream.
