Coldstream Holiday Park is located above the banks of the river Tweed, in the iconic Scottish Borders town of Coldstream. A pleasant walk takes you to the town centre where there are fantastic local amenities including shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and take away. The Hirsel estate and Hirsel Golf Course are practically on our doorstep. Coldstream is a great base for exploring the rolling countryside, stunning coastlines and vibrant towns of both Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
Our park is open 11 1/2 months of the year, all caravans are sold with a BH&HPA site licence agreement (Site License period for used holiday homes is 25 Years minus age of Caravan at time of sale). Our site fee’s for 2024 are £3,550. Mains Gas and Electric are billed to owners quarterly. Part exchanges of touring caravans or motorhomes are welcome. Or holiday homes are for Holiday use only, not residential.
