Coldstream is a great base for exploring the rolling countryside, stunning coastlines and vibrant towns of both Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
Our park is open 11 1/2 months of the year, all new caravans are sold with a 25 year BH&HPA site licence agreement. Our site fee’s for 2024 are £3,550. Mains Gas and Electric are billed to owners quarterly. Part exchanges of touring caravans or motorhomes are welcome. Or holiday homes are for Holiday use only, not residential.
