Coldstream Holiday Park is open 11 1/2 months of the year, all new caravans are sold with a 25 year BH&HPA site licence agreement. Our site fee’s for 2025 are £4,140. Mains Gas and Electric are billed to owners quarterly. Part exchanges of touring caravans or motorhomes are welcome. Our holiday homes are for Holiday use only, not residential.
