Previous Caravan Sales Management experience essential.
To identify a systematic strategy, agree and achieve sales targets on a new landmark Holiday Park.
Source and conduct sales in line with the company’s set arrangements.
Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Liaise with the Manager throughout the sale to ensure successful timely completions.
Ensure handovers are carried out in line with current legislation and company procedures.
Conduct set customer appointments and with walk on customers, advising head office sales team accordingly.
Update the sales database of all feedback from customers in a timely manner.
Negotiate Buy backs from departing customers in line with company procedure.
Careful attention to detail to ensure homes are ready for sale and in line with budget expectations.
Prepare adverts for all stock units.
Ensure all promotional marketing material matches all campaign requirements.
Seek advertising opportunities to promote the park to the recognised customer demographic.
Support the business, as required, at local/national trade shows*
Work with the PR/Marketing department to promote the business at all levels.
Ensure that site communal areas are maintained to a satisfactory standard for achieving sales, reporting any maintenance problems. On a weekly basis.
Ensure the park is ready to receive delivery of new homes including advising off park residents of the possible disruption
